Hi,

The lsinventory -detail |grep core gives me the following result.

Enterprise Manager Common Core Files 10.2.0.1.0
Enterprise Manager Grid Control Core Files 10.2.0.1.0
Enterprise Manager Repository Core Files 10.2.0.1.0
Oracle Application Server Core Products 10.1.2.0.0
Oracle Core Required Support Files 10.1.0.2.0
Oracle Core Required Support Files 10.1.0.4.2
Oracle Dynamic Services Core 10.1.2.0.0

I checked the Patch related to my environment as the core versions are different between them.

Can any one guide me to pick the suitable patch. Also When I checked my OEM repository server for the JDK version with

which java
/usr/bin/which: no java in (/opt/oracle/OracleHomes/oms10g/bin:/opt/oracle/OracleHomes/oms10g/opmn/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/bin/X11:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/etc:/usr /sbin:.)

Can anyone throw some light on my issue.

Michel,

Iam using the workaround since I had the problem.I wanted to know if there is a permanent solution for my environment. When I restart my agent I have to do the workaround.

Should I upgrade to apply the patch.
