Hi

I am not able to use the debug execute button for executing my programs,It was first in the enable step but when i first time pressed i got the error message as
insufficient priviledges enable some debug session etc.
Sorry i don't remember the exact message,But then i haven't been able to use this buttion(which facilitates step by step execution)

This is now in the disable state....

Please help how to make it work.
Thanks

Ask your DBA to grant you this privilege.

sysdba is for database maintenance purpose.
Use a DBA for privileges.

Who say you to use sysdba?
Don't use it but for maintenance purpose.

Ask your DBA to grant you the privilege, I think I made it clear in a previous post.

You seem to be missing a point here.
Connecting as a DBA user is not the same as connecting as sysdba.
A DBA user connects as normal; it's just a user that has extended privileges granted to him.
Connecting "as sysdba" should be reserved for system-maintenance tasks.
