Oracle Database 10g Real Application Clusters Handbook (Osborne Oracle Press) by K Gopalakrishnan

I have both & think the 1 above is slightly better.

Oracle Database 10g High Availability with RAC, Flashback, and Data Guard (Osborne ORACLE Press Series) by Matthew Hart and Scott

Two other books I would recommend:

Oracle 10g RAC Grid, Services & Clustering by Murali Vallath

Pro Oracle Database 10g RAC on Linux: Installation, Administration, and Performance by Julian Dyke & Steve Shaw
