Hello All,
We are facing very strange error "ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel".

We have Oracle 9i Client Server Configuration. This problem is sporadic in nature and last in 10 - 15 minutes. But there is no log in alert log\windows event log.
During this period we are not able to make any connection to the database even from server.

Any idea.

Since you provide no useful information, my only advice is to upgrade to a supported version of Oracle RDBMS.

ORA-00600/ORA-07445/ORA-03113 = Oracle bug => search on Metalink and/or call Oracle support and have a look at trace files.

Thanks for the response.
Pls find attached the snapshot during the problem .

Since it's customer problem and it's not easy to migrates (due to other factor)
Kindly let me know which other information do you need.
