Is there any security Issues if we don't Upgrade 10.2.0.2 to 10.2.0.3.
Will the Upgrade only give troubles?

I don't affirm this but I can affirm that there is one to not upgrade and I advice to upgrade to the LATEST patchset (10.2.0.4)
