In my desktop I am having Oracle 9i. When I am trying to install Oracle 10g installation window is opening and after entering the global sid, passwords and clicking on the "Next" button. After that it is not throwing any error simple the window is disappearing.

Can we install 10g where the currently system having 9i? If yes then what I have to do?

Thanks in Advance

Satyam

Make sure that you use a different Oracle Home for each Oracle product.
