Hi,

First of all, there is a virtual machine(windows server 2003) installed on XP. On this virtual machine, oracle 10g is installed.

While using cmd prompt, oracle instance is effectively started, and i can connect to the database, orcl.

But, I am having problems connecting to the dbconsole. I can access the page http://cinfbi:1158/em/dbconsole, the login page is displayed.

I am able to enter the username and password of sysdba and click on login but unfortunately, nothing happens.

I am not having any error messages..

Can somebody please help me?

Thanks
Kind Regards

You should check the console logs in %ORACLE_HOME%\<hostname_sid>
