Is it possible to have more than one layout in a report?

If so, can it be possible to call those layouts conditionally?

Yes you can have multiple Layouts.

Not directly but indirectly "YES" you can call conditional layouts.
1. The layouts should be based on a Query.
2. Then based on parameter inputs & Before Report
trigger you can turn off/on those queries.
Automatically the layouts will be turned off.
