profile sqlnet.ora has a parameter sqlnet.expire_time, I want to use it to kill the session that isn't active for long time.I try it,but it's not available.If there need more work?

What do you mean that it's not available? If its not in your sqlnet.ora, add it.

make a job & run that job which checks for inactive sessions & kill them automatically through jobs
