Sql Loader error -524 [message #367965]

I am trying to load data from excel spreadsheet to oracle.I saved the excel data as a csv(comma delimited)file.I have done
everything right in the control file.But the error I get in msdos/log file
is 'SQl loader 524-Partial record found at end of data file(myfilename.ctl).'
I have looked very clearly at my control file and csv file.I do not find any kind of extra record.How can I trace the error
number-524..Have any one ever come across this error and is there any way you can tell me what the number 524 mean.
The online manual at my work has numbers only until 523.
