Hi,

Step 1.
if the services is created for the Instance which is not coming up then go to STEP 2 else create the services.

Step 2.

Did you put your SID entry in your Autoexec.bat file? if not then put it "Set Oracle_sid=xyz"
else goto Step 3.

The problem may be with your intialisation file which is not properly being read when starting an instance.
You may need to reassign the path of initorcl.ora file in the instance manager.
