However, as you have opened 4 topics with the same question, I have deleted and/or merged them. Doing so, information about product and operating system version got lost. I'm terribly sorry about that.

I *think* that it was MS Windows XP and Oracle Applications ver. 11-something.

Could you, please, post these information once again? Also, if I was right, would you like this topic to be moved into the Applications Forum?

Hi, Can anyone please tell the differences between a conversion and a Data Conversion. Hope this sounds to be fishy, but lot of stuffs hide inside.

Can anyone please let me know the process flow in Data conversion. is that similar to Data pump?
what are the similarities between a normal conversion and a Data Conversion.
