Hello,

I am considering opting for a materialised view setup to cater for a great number of reports that extract their data from a transaction processing / general purpose database. Volumes to be processed can be quite bulky with many table joins. I was thinking if it were worthwhile creating the materialised views in a tablespace other than the one where the source tables are sitting?
This might sound trivial but i'm a newbie at using materialised views and still considering the options.

thanks
Didier
