Hi,

We have a XA application which uses oracle 11g database as resourse manager and Tuxedo as TP monitor.
The application is built using native c++ and pro*c/c++. AS Tuxedo is the TP, connections to the oracle and transaction control is done using tuxedo api's.

Can we use occi api's i n the current application code i.e., inside native c++ and pro*c/c++.

While building a seperate occi application we use createEnvironment, createConnection, createStatement on the connection acquired OCCI api's.
In our case as tuxedo is creating and maintaing the connects how to use the OCCI api's ?
Can we get the existing connection taken from the tuxedo and use to call the OCCI api's ?

any suggestions ?

Thanks in advance
satish
