Cannot connect as sys with SYSDBA or SYSOPR in the Enterprise Manager.

The windows user has domain admin privilege, and is part of the Ora_DBA group.

I can connect as following from command line with no problem:

sqlplus sys/password@power.test.com:1521/power as sysdba

All the oracle Services in Windows connect as "Local System".

The password for the sys account has never changed since inception. I have had this problem since we changed the login account for the Windows login. We created another account (thanks SOX !) with better naming convention, and the same privileges. Since then, cannot log in to EM using sys as sysdba or sysoper.

Help !
