There was a beginners section, as well as an experts one, we removed them because beginners thought that only beginners answer in beginners section and post all their question in experts section in the hope to get an answer from an expert.

Regards
Michel

We've had it, but agreed to join all questions into appropriate forums, regardless knowledge level. Therefore, I don't think that it is going to happen. There are different levels of experience, so - how to decide which questions belong to "beginners" section and which not?

Just ask what you want; pay attention to the Guide which points you to self-educate: use documentation, search the Internet. Vast majority of beginner's questions had already been asked and answered elsewhere. Also, pay attention to our FAQ section; there's a chance you'll find the answer there.

There's nothing wrong in not knowing something, but it is a shame when someone expects to be spoonfed.

Also, there are people who do Oracle but should really do something else in their life. They are really helpless, and nobody can help them. That's a tragedy. Try to avoid it.
