Hi

In ASH report

there is a section that goes like this

SQL ID	         Planhashed   Sampled # of Executions        % Activity	Event	% Event         Top Row Source	        
fdy93qpr	1227                   1567	               7.58	direct path read 3.65	TABLE ACCESS - FULL


does it suggest that this SQL has been executed for 1567 times is this correct ...

yes this suggest that there is full table scan right...

And we ask you why we should do the research for you.
Why don't you try to find byyourself with the link I gave you?
If you can't do this simple search, it is useless to go further with subject like ASH report that requires higher research skills to be useful.
