Hi,

I have created/added one new RAC database.What post validation checkhas to be performed
after creating new Database.

Note:
already there is one DB exist in the server.

There are 2 main purposes of RAC: supporting high workload and supporting failure (high availability), or in another way, load balancing and fail over. This later one means that if an instance shut down then the sessions are automatically recreated in another instance.

You can also verify that if an instance shut down when there are running transactions then another one takes the recovery of the failed instance.
