Dear all,

we have an application created using developer 6i installed in several location (client)
that connect to a database in the main site (server)

one of these location,
the network team in our company have configured their connection to the main site to be working in a 3G network instead of a LAN network

after this network change we have found that the application is hanging
e.g. the when retrieving the list of value the system is hanging with no respond

is there any way to reslove this problem over a 3G connection from our side

N.B the mail and other systems (not related to oracle)
in this location is working fine, it may become slowly than the past due to the 3G connection but is working

what questions do you expect from a forum called "Networking and Gateways"

the question is
does oracle supports working on a 3G connection ??

the previous question is not an oracle question !!

One that satisfies : "SQL*Net, Listener, OID/LDAP, Oracle Names, Connection Manager, Network Manager, Database Links, Oracle Gateways"
