I'm trying to configure oracle http server as load balancer in front of two not clustered weblogic servers, but I couldn't get this working. I've found documents showing mod_wl_ohs.conf examples using a single instance, clustered servers or a combination of single instance with two clustered instances of weblogic, but nothing showing how to use http server as load balancer with two separated instances.
Is possible to get this working or http server only works as load balancer(proxy) with clustered weblogic servers?

Welcome to the forum. Please read our OraFAQ Forum Guide and How to use [code] tags and make your code easier to read

With regard to your question, it appears to be nothing to do with Oracle products, but rather to do with Apache. OHS is nothing more than a supported release of Apache. Perhaps you should post your question on a more suitable forum.
However, I have set up Apache as a load balancing reverse proxy server and it is straightforward: you need to research mod_proxy. For example, https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-use-apache-http-server-as-reverse-proxy-using-mod_proxy-extension
