Is there Version From PLSQLDeveloper with 64bit.
can anyone send me the Tools Setup (64bit).

PL/SQL Developer isn't something anyone can send you: you have to buy it. The publishers have 32bit and 64bit versions.

I hope you are not a criminal. Mentioning a "crack file" sounds suspicious. Most people do not wish to work with thieves.

Whatever is LEGALLY available will be found at the website of the publisher of PLSQL Developer - https://www.allroundautomations.com. If you can't find what you want there, then it is not LEGALLY available. Period. Full stop.

If you want something free, go look at oracle sql developer. It was free last I checked.
