32-bit maximum address space is 4GB
64-bit maximum address space 16 * 10^18 (approximately); a MUCH larger number

Now the topic is split from the previous one it has no more relation with Windows, so it is locked. /forum/fa/448/0/

I presume, you meant to say that it is not related to Oracle, not Windows? My thoughts exactly, but I left the possibility (not probability) that further questions might involve Oracle (such as "can I install 64-bit Oracle on 32-bit Windows?").

Yes, Oracle, of course. Smile
But as John said in his previous topic:

It has come to my attention that you appear to be in a country where use of Oracle products is not legal. This board is not hosted in the US and other members may choose to assist you, but I shall not.

Thanks brothers,
Sorry for this mistake, I'm new member -
I wrote this message as a reply for some solution about getting data from weighing scale via serial connection.

My question is: I'm using Forms 6i with windows 7 64-bit , I want to get data from weighing bridge
using mscomm32.ocx.
Is there any differences between 32-bit windows and 64-bit
