There is process which loads data from many server using sql loader.
But there is one server which is not picking files using sql loader.
Same issue is resolved temporarily after taking websphere bounce for that day. On next day facing same issue while loading using sql loader.
There is no error on trace file or log file.
sql loader just getting hang and shows need to xyz files.

What are the possible way to sort out this issue, so that sql loader will work on that particular server.
1) Is this issue due to Unix server on which data files are located
2) due server config file.
3) websphere
4) or anything else.

Explain in details your architecture (2-tiers, 3-tiers, n-tiers...)
Explain in details what you do (which command you execute, from what application, from what platform...)
Copy and paste what you do and get when it works.
Copy and paste what you do and get when it does not work.

Before, Please read How to use [code] tags and make your code easier to read.
Use the "Preview Message" or "Preview Quick Reply" button to verify.
(This latest point is important, I do NOT answer to post that is hard to read and hurt my eyes.)
