Hi,
I have a requirement where I will pass the emp id and emp pan then it will provide the result. In which one of the column called (c

) having BLOB data which I want to print in xml format. Can anyone help me how to do that. Any shell script or any automation will be much appriciated

Only YOU know how the data are stored in the BLOB, no one can help you with what you posted.

With any SQL or PL/SQL question, please, Post a working Test case: create table (including all constraints) and insert statements along with the result you want with these data then we will be able work with your table and data. Explain with words and sentences the rules that lead to this result.

No, the record is being inserted by the users and when they need BLOB contains we need to provide them by using the cutomer pan number.
