ORA-12154:TNS:Could not resolve service name. [message #66455]

I tried creating an odbc conenction and tried toestablish a connection string to the database, i get this error, what should i do? i included the code in the TNSNAMES.ORA file.

for ODBC you need to create DSN etc?
did you do that?

ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name :-12154
