if u have not yet find the soln
consider this
edit the file c:oracle_homenetworktoolsnetasst.cl

add the -nojit in this clause

"C:Program FilesOraclejre1.1.7binjrew" -classpath

i.e
=("C:Program FilesOraclejre1.1.7binjrew" -nojit -classpath
