I've formated my system (WIN XP Professional) and trying to install Oracle 9.0.2. While creating Sample database during installation, I get ORA 12571 error.
I tried to edit tnsnames.ora and create database with Oracle Config. Assistant but no success. Can any one has a clue to come rectify this error.

The main thing u have not mentioned that after formatting which OS now u r using. First specify that.
