When I'm installing web/pl-sql on a client machine, the message TNS Error ora-12560 appears, and say that it`s imposible connect.

What is the solution??

Hi,

Have u used tnsping utility to check weather ur client can contact the server or not? If it can then check the encryption parameters on client if u r using any, and if it doen't then there might be some problem with ur network or protocol compatibility within server and client.
