Hi
I just want to know whether is there any bad effect of increasing connect_timeout_listener parameter in listener.ora file. Im increasing this to 200 because im getting frequent connection timeout errors.
Also as far as i know this parameter is in terms of seconds is it correct?

Also how can i check the changed values for this parameter once the listener is restarted.
