That does not look like an oracle message. Perhaps it is a DBA Studio error message. What do you do just before the error message comes up?

Yes, it is an DBA Studio error message.

I only want to start the ORA DBA Studio and this error message
comes up. I cannot find any errors in the listener.ora- and the
tnsnames.ora Files.

Maybe you can help me.

Kind Regards,
Oliver
