My oracle management server would not start, oracle 8i 0n NT,i have made the startup as manual as well as automatic,but i get a mesg "oracle Management Server could not start,err 2140 internal NT error"
how do i overcome this

did you configure the repository correctly?
can you reach the repository from sqlplus?
