Hi,
I am not able to start OMS service manually from control panel...its throwing Windows NT internal error.
My oracle agent starting successfully
I have set authentiaction parameter to "NONE" in sqlnet.ora file.
Help!!! Help!!!!

try to start OMS manually using OEMCTRL.
please check the logs (oms.log,oms.nohup) and post exact error messages.

hi, have you tried Enterprise manager==>configuration assistant==>create/edit reporistory?

if you havnt done this step properly, you will not be able to start your OMS by any means.
