I need guide lines to workwith OEM ver-9, i am unable to backup. I have an error saying " credentials not configured ". I have done the best, but still not able to backup or Export, Import.

Kindly send my the step by step process to wok with OEM

pls have a look in oms.nohup,oms.log etc
and post the EXACT ERROR MESSAGE.
