I have installed Oracle 9i (rel 1) database server on Windows 2000 Advanced Server in oraHome90
and Oracle 9iAS (rel 1)(in isuites and 806 home) and configured the Oracle Portal 3.0 on the same machine.
The problem now is that when i try to start Oracleorahome90ManagementServer it shows as Starting for a long time and then when refresh the page it goes off. I have started the Repository service then the Standard database and then this service. What could be the possible solution to this.

Pls refer oms.nohup or oms.log and post more exact errors.

I have just found your question 2/04/03. I am having the same problem but with 9.2. Have you found a resolution to your problem.
