when i open OEM i don't see
any instance (target).
I have installed Oracle 9iAS, also infrastructure
help me please!

Hi there!
Dear! Same strange thing has happened to me. The problem at that time was that the software was not designed for the specs of my computer hardware!
Details:
I was trying to install 8.1.7 on Compaq P-iv Machines (Branded) but all in vain!
Then there came a tip to rename certain files and then started working!
So i recommend you to send the details of your hardware to the software vendors and ask for help from them. You surely will get some positive response!
