We need a tool to get rid of the fragmentation in our database.
Export/import is not an option in our environment.
As far as i know there is a tool which part of Oracle Enterprise Manager version 9,i assume the mentioned tool, i do not know the name of the tool, is included in either Diagnostic, Performance or Tuning pack.
What is the name of this tool that can be used for this purpose on version 9 client enterprise manager (the database is 8.1.7) and where can i find the documentation for this tool?
