Dear Friends,
I am new in oracle, please tell me how i can create new user in oracle data base, already i tryed in SCOTT User name, it will give message not enough previllage to create new user
So, Kindly give me solution now i can?

when you install the oracle you should create two special accounts named SYS and SYSTEM that you should save the passwords for these ones.after logging using one of these accounts you can refer to sequrity section under network-->databases and create new users easily.
