In Excel help, search for
1. Template Wizard with Data Tracking.
2. Create a form template that copies worksheet data to a
database.
With this template wizard, the data from the worksheet can be
transferred into the Database. If you don't have the add-in required for
it, you can install it.
In this form-template, you can write the mapping details i.e.
the column names, table names, etc.. where you want to put the
particular data.
You have to install "Template Wizard with Data Tracking" add-in
for this.
