you can use the export utilitity to export the
database from ntsever using export database
option 1.

then go to your p08 machine and use the
utility imp80 and give parameter destroy=y
so that it will destroy any existing files and
will create the new po8 files.

first import with system option and then once
again import with restore option.

system option makes the structures like your po8
database and restore option imports the rows and
datas of the database.

you should keep in mind that the versions used
in nt and p08 are similar versions. if nt has
8 and p0has version 7 then it is a problem.

so match your versions and do the export/import

you can also get help in the exp80 prompt by
typing exp80 help=y

if still you have doubts please mail me

wish you a happy new year thanks
