Is the SQL*Loader another module within Oracle?

Yes.
It is inbuilt with oracle binary

I have loaded the Oracle 9i db. I am attempting to load data from a flat file using SQL Loader. I'm not able to load the data because I'm not sure how to invoke the SQL Loader. I understand that SQL Loader is a seperate module. Where can I purchase this product? If SQL Loader came with the default install--How do in invoke it?
