Thanks. Exporting data in user mode with consistent=Y did the trick. It is working well.

After this I ran into another problem with Export. I am trying same thing on another database, which has exactly same things but exporting in user mode doesn't work. Right after "Exporting synonyms .." the export process exits with ORA-00904 "Invalid Column name.."

If I run table mode export it works but with that I run into my old problem. What could be the difference in two modes? Do I need extra permissions to run usermode export or the database needs extra setup?
