Thank you for your suggestion, I have been using similar construct, I have used your
construct from forum and I am nearly there but it seems to be suppressing the zero, see all
"wrongs" in table below. some are correct. I have been trying all sorts of format masks
on "f_1" fields, but no luck. Any more ideas Pratap.
