Please, I have a tabular block and I need to validate the modified item value against the item value of the others records in this block. Restricted builtin are forbidden in navigational and validation triggers. Has somebody solved this question? Thanks.

In your validation procedure, create a timer using CREATE_TIMER. In the WHEN-TIMER-EXPIRED trigger you can navigate to any records or fields.
