Hi!

I'm trying to use a program through the web which can be runed by using a command line :java -cp gominer.jar gov.nih.nci.lmp.gominer.GOCommand [[parameters]] but I get this error: Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError.

Do any one have an Idea about what the reason can be. I tried to change the path in the java plug in to gov.nih.nci.lmp.gominer.GOCommand but it didn't work.
