I am trying to run a batch file which has multiple SQL*Loader commands. This file worked great on an NT4 Server for years, but does not run on a new W2K Server. It runs the first command in the file and then hangs, as if never coming back to a prompt to execute the next command. All of our other batch files work fine in W2K. Only the ones with SQL*Loader calls fail. Any suggestions? The same batch files can still be executed fine on a NT4 machine.

Helen:

You don't mention the version, but there is a known problem with the 8.0.6 version of SQL*Loader. This is BUG#1205887:
SQLLDR HANGS ON EXIT IN WINDOWS 2000 WHEN TCP IS USED

This is fixed in the 8.0.6.3.6 patchset for NT/2000, which you can download from Metalink via
Patch#2166227
