I install Oracle 8.1.7 in an IBM xSeries 360 with Windows 2000 Advanced Server, and we have the same problem, this server have two Xeon™ Processors MP, we use the same workaround and it works, my question is if this .dll afect internal oracle behavior or only gui tools?
