RDBMS Version: 9.2.0.2.1
Operating System and Version: Windows 2000 Server SP3
I had 1 oracle 9i instance running on Windows box.
I downloaded the Oracle 9i Release 2 Database Server Patch Set 1 and ran the installer (patch set version 9.2.0.2.1) which was successfull.
Rebooted the computer, then I ran SQLPLus and it says I have Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.2.1
Do I still have to do the POST INSTALL actions as said in the Patch Set Notes?
What does this mean "Execute these "Post Install Actions" only if you have one or more databases associated to the upgraded $ORACLE_HOME"
