Is it possible to have an trigger in Oracle populate data from the Oracle database to a table in SQL Server?

Might be. Haven't tried though... but logic should be:

within trigger call command prompt & execute sql server data loader, "osql" i believe...

Pls Give it a try & let us know the result...

It is called a 'linked server' in Microsoft terms.

Forgive my ignorance, I am not into Microsoft technologies.

In oracle, look into heterogenous services / Distributed databases (8i term).
