Can you please post it here so that everyone in need will just download a copy. Although I'm not in need of it right now, I'm interested.

Thanks,

Hi all,

I created excel file from report 6i. This part worked fine.
But my end users have access to only oracle forms ->reports.
So i have to create a button -> when_button_press_trigger->

run_product(report_name, etc).
But this part is not working.
I used run_product for run other report it all worked fine.
Do you know how i can call this report excel output from a form button.

appreciate any help.

Dear Friend i have come back after a long time of absence and i am really very sorry for this.
Thank you all who appreciated my effort and helped me to improve myself.
There are some other ways to convert the report into excel format.

One of them is to download the following application and use it as directed in read me files.you can download it here.. http://www.lv2000.com/rx/rep2excel.htm

when the trial expires you can download it again delete older folder and paste newer one.

Your's sincerely,
