I am facing a problem of converting sql server tables
into oracle database tables .Pls help me on this

First you should help us in order for us to help you.

We know you have a problem, but - which problem is it? I suppose there may be zillion of reasons (for example, you used a datatype which is not supported in Oracle. Or, foreign key constraint syntax is different. Or ...) for something to go wrong, and if you don't give us a hint, I'm afraid you won't get a quick answer.
